新年临近,新年菜品怎么才能做的有新意呢,下面分享一个开运年菜~节节高升之竹报平安(素炒杂蔬)的做法,谁说我们的中式菜做不到精致美观呢,来让其打打脸吧。在家就可以做的一道开运年菜!餐桌上的一道美食,健康少油盐。



主料:玉米半根、胡萝卜半根、豌豆80克、瘦肉30克、黄瓜半根


辅料:大蒜2瓣、


调料:味达美臻品生抽半勺、味达美臻品蚝油1小勺、盐小半勺


节节高升之竹报平安的做法步骤:


1、准备食材,瘦肉切小丁、胡萝卜也洗净切成小丁、玉米粒豌豆粒(超市就可以买到)洗净备用;


2、瘦肉放碗中加半勺生抽抓匀腌制五分钟;


3、锅里加适量的清水,水烧开之后,把胡萝卜丁、玉米粒、豌豆粒倒入锅中焯水煮3分钟捞出沥干水分备用;


4、炒锅烧热,加适量的食用油,把大蒜放入爆炒出蒜香;


5、接着把腌制的瘦肉倒进去翻炒均匀;


6、瘦肉翻炒至变色后(这里要注意,不要把廋肉炒老,会影响口感的哦~),然后倒倒入刚才焯水沥干水分的杂蔬丁;


7、加盐少许盐继续翻炒;


8、熟透之后加蚝油调味;


9、翻炒均匀就可以出锅啦;


10、最后一步就是刀工了,黄瓜对半切开,切一片薄薄的长片做竹子杆。再切黄瓜皮做叶子和竹子杆。番茄酱装裱花袋剪个小孔,挤出圆形做太阳。


美味佳肴已做好,上桌。如此美味及美观,五星级大厨也不过如此了!
